3 Days Before the Cleanse:

Proper preparation for the cleanse will increase your chance of success.  Besides obtaining all the necessary ingredients for the cleanse, mentally prepare by getting clear on why you’re doing the cleanse and what benefits you will achieve.  In addition, reduce, or better yet, eliminate your consumption of coffee, tea, and sugary soda drinks. Also, this is a great opportunity to stop smoking.
It will also be beneficial to reduce your meat intake.

1 Day Before the Cleanse:

In the evening, drink a cup of herbal laxative tea.

During the Cleanse:

Drinking Lemonade Cleanse To Go will loosen the toxins from your intestines before being eliminated. During this time, you may feel a variety of effects such as nausea, tiredness, aches and pains. Your tongue may be coated and your breathe may be unpleasant during the cleanse. These symptoms are temporary and should clear up over a few days. Even if you experience some of these symptoms, your energy level should remain high. You should be able to complete your regular daily activities.

Day 1 Through Day 7:

During the cleanse, it is important to flush out the built up waste so that the toxins are not further absorbed into your system.

Morning –Drink a salt water flush made with 2 teaspoons uniodized sea salt mixed with 32 ounces (1 quart) of warm water. You must drink the entire salt water flush quickly.  This will help flush out what is in your intestines. Stay close to the bathroom for approximately 1 hour. Make sure you allow enough time in your schedule to complete this process in the morning. If the master cleanse salt water flush is too difficult to consume, and/or your schedule doesn’t allow the necessary time in the restroom, replace the salt water flush with a cup of laxative tea. Laxative herbal tea does the same job as the salt water cleanse by helping the elimination of waste that is loosened in the intestinal walls during the fast.

During the Day –Drink at least 6 servings of Lemonade Cleanse To Go. Each serving is made by mixing the contents of 1 stick pack with 10 ounces of filtered water. You may dilute it with more water if you feel it is too spicy for you. If you feel you need more to drink, please do so. Mint tea can also be consumed to help improve your breath.  You may also supplement by making additional servings of the cleanse using the original Master Cleanser recipe by Stanley Burroughs:

    • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
    • 2 tbsp maple syrup
    • 1/10 tsp cayenne pepper
    • 10 ounces filtered water

Evening – Drink 1 cup of laxative herbal tea

After your Cleanse:

Yeah! You’ve completed the cleanse! However, the few days following your cleanse are critical. After all your effort to cleanse, now is not the time to go eat a greasy hamburger, because you may not feel well. In the days following your cleanse, you should slowly allow your body to adjust to solid food again by drinking primarily juice and vegetable soup. Try not to consume too much meat or greasy foods.

Day 8: Break the cleanse by drinking several glasses of fresh orange juice. You may wish to dilute the juice with water.

Days 9 and 10: Drink orange juice in the morning, followed by vegetable soup for lunch and dinner.

Although Lemonade Cleanse To Go is best consumed as a liquid fast in place of regular meals for a short period of time, for some, it is simply not possible or practical for their lifestyle. If fasting with the Lemonade Cleanse To Go becomes too difficult or does not fit in with your lifestyle, you can still achieve the benefits of the cleanse by consuming a limited diet of fruits and vegetables.
